Yeah I understand that, it still pisses me off to no end. There's a lot of money in having a lot of standards. It might be cheaper that way, and it looks like they do offer custom services. It annoys and baffles me that there is not some sort of standardized fucking interface for radio-audio connectors at this late date.ĮTA, you might also just contact peltor directly as they can likely build you the interface. I run mine with some TCI liberators but it was not cheap to do it all. Got me, you will most likely need the thales hirose adapter, I think you might still be able to get one from thales still, and then I'd wager peltor makes an adapter for the hirose as that is a fairly standard connecotr, certainly TCI and others do. Accessories are also hard to find for a decent price.

On the plus side the radio usually runs 1-200 with a dead battery, sometimes less. Batteries run about 200 bucks and you will most likely need to buy one as 90% of the ones I've seen have dead batteries. The main issue is a lack of accessories and batteries. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package. Please use Google or some other search engine to find a dealer that sells the software. The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). To obtain Motorola software see the Sticky in the Motorola forum. It is YOUR responsibility to properly word your request. We do not want any hurt feelings when your vague post is mistaken for a free request.
